She has successfully managed and grown product teams, launched greenfield initiatives, and expanded new and existing verticals into profitable growth engines.

She thrives at the intersection of experimentation, strategy, and execution — turning ambiguity into validated opportunities and measurable commercial results.

Raúl Álvarez

Raúl is a digital product designer and strategist with over 15 years of experience. His background in computer engineering gives him a unique perspective, allowing him to create design solutions that not only provide value to the user but are also technically feasible and efficient.

He currently leads the product design team at VIOOH, a technology platform for buying and selling digital out-of-home (DOOH). In this role, he coordinates and leads the execution of a design strategy implemented by a multidisciplinary team of designers, strategists and engineers.

Currently, Raúl is implementing vibe coding within the team as a design tool. His goal is to improve his team's ability to produce high-quality designs directly in code. This will allow them to shorten the validation-to-production cycle, thus optimizing the entire development process.
